Deye 12k split phase, US version , $2400 shipped from Hefei Greensun, China - too risk to pull the trigger?

just live chatted to Kevin from Greensun in China
they're selling this Deye, 12 kw Split Phase for the US market
the price is 1940, shipping is 460, final is 2400
it's 65% off compare to cloned Sol-ark
is it worth the risk to pull the trigger ?
( need to send it back to them for service when things happened... )

I doubt that DEYE maintains a UL listing on a product they aren't allowed to market in the US.

My order get dumped in the US while I paid for shipping to the Bahamas, had to pay additional $900 to ship even Alibaba is not helpful so beware!
edit: As far as I know they suppose not to ship Deye to the US at least that is wat my good supplier tells me.
