Hi,

I'd like to start a thread tracking which firmware versions Deye users are using. Please specify:

1) HMI (LCD) and Main (Control Board) Versions

2) Original firmware or upgraded

3) Date of upgrade

4) Inverter Model

5) Split Phase? (for Caribbean use, for example)

6) Feature enhancements/bugs or other notes.

If your inverter is on SOLARMAN and you email support with your serial number and ask to be upgraded, they’ll upgrade you at some point, but your inverter will reboot and you’ll loose power for a few minutes if you’re using it as an UPS power source.

@copec, can you specify the model you are using and if it's split phase or not?
 
- HMI 0000-c358 / Main 0-3374-1515
- Upgrade requested to Deye. Previously c356 at time of purchase
- upgraded 11 July 2022 (Deye did it remotely, inverter shut down < 10 minutes ...)
- 5k EU
- single phase 230v
- upgrade requested to solve an issue on time of use. Inverter didn't follow charge schedule in 1 particular time laps, everything else working as intended
 
HMI: 0000-C3FC
Main: 0-3373-1515
- Upgrade provided by Deye 25/07/2022 (original firmware c358)
- Upgrade completed locally with file provided from Deye
- SUN-5K-SG04-LP1-AU
- Single phase 230V
- original firmware didn't include grid settings for Australia/New Zealand.
Have since noticed some bugs on the grid settings pages 'Grid Setting/P(Q) P(F)' & 'Grid Setting/V(W) V(Q)' where the units seem to be % when they should be V.

I've also been updated to C35C after I had some issues with parallel communications between inverters on C3FC

Aren't Deye publishing official firmware releases with official release notes on an official release channel?

No idea what the middle part means.

And then on the next page (Grid Set3), the top liner:
Over voltage U>(10 min. running mean) 0.0V

What does that line mean?
