(HMI: Ver 0000-C36D MAIN: Ver 0-6025-1724)

What do you think?

This tread seem to only have questions and no answers at all.
I have been searching for answers but cannot find anything anywhere. Seems Deye is not sharing info at all about their firmware. Very strange. I would really want to know what the newer versions fix and/or improve. Their support sites only have a blog, no downloadable firmware it seems. Only data sheets and manuals.
This site shows 24 hours support, https://www.deyeinverter.com/faq/, anybody tried it yet and aksked the question about firmwares?

I was told to update, because my screen had a purple color and that indicated an old firmware version. Deye support did install update via the wifi stick (had to install solarman smart) and yes the color changed. But today (a week later maybe?) it switched back to the purple color. Firmware stays the same. I am confused. I cannot find any change logs or supporting documentation. Should I be worried?

Not sure the purple color did mean anything related to the firmware version. It also changed back to the right color.
I was now asked to reset to factory settings. Did that. No changes happened since. Someone told me the screen color changes could be a bad screen or bad connection to it...

I read in some place that this also happen if you install a incorrect firmware on the inverter like installing the 3 phase firmware in a single phase inverter.

Hello all, I was wondering if someone can help me identify which version of firmware I’m running. Looking through this thread, I don’t have anything close to what has been shown in pics. Here are a couple pics of my inverter. My goal is to update the firmware so can hear the latest options.

I’d appreciate any input.

I wish someone could explain Deye version numbers. V1.5.9.9 vs B026-1726 for example. Whaaat?

I’m hoping someone can chime-in also to clarify. My menus are different and also options that I see in this thread are missing that I wish I had.

There’s been something said about a new option related to MPPT that I don’t have. My firmware was just updated remotely by Deye a few months ago.

Я попросив китайців оновити інвертор SUN-5K-SG03LP1 на український. Встановили версію 0000-C372, але замісь української з'явилися ієрогліфи...потім чомусь оновили до версії 0003-C371. Після чого всі інші оновлення перестали завантажуватися. Зупиняються на А001. Що робити?

Українська мова тільки на 371 прошивці плюс фонт( шрифт) . 372 більш стабільніша.

Yesterday, I had the black/pink screen issue on firmware 0000-C36F.

I've contacted deye support which updated the HMI to 0000-C375 and the screen is now normally working.

So 0000-C375 looks like the latest

On a SUN-6K-SG03LP1-EU successfully tested HMI: 0000-C372.
It seems to work fine.

When I changed the setting "MPPT multi point scanning" I was conditioned to configure first the setting "Auto Detect Home Limit Sensors". In the past I have configured "MPPT multi point scanning" without such conditioning.

Maybe after this update "Auto Detect Home Limit Sensors" option appeared in the settings (under "Advanced Function-1").

Hi. Should I upgrade my firmware on SUN-5K-SG04LP3-EU inverter? It was updated around 2023 September by Deye support.
