Deye Inverter Issues.

Having purchased and installed 3 12k Hybrid Deye Inverters in my offices, I have some issues which I need help with.

My main issue is that my time of use settings do not work when I run the batteries in Lithium Mode. As such I cannot make use of time of use settings while also making use of communication with my BMS. (Currently using voltage settings)

The other issue is that when I am connected to the Solarman or Deye Cloud app I find that the inverter is only reporting 10% of the consumption or grid amount that it shows on the inverter screen.

I have tried adjusting just about every setting available to get these issues working but to no avail.

I have 2 more 12K Deyes to install and am wondering how to solve these issues.
 
I have the exact same problem with the Solarman and Deye Cloud apps with my 12 kW hybrid Deye. The solar and battery power report correctly, but the grid and load power are off by exactly a factor of ten. The Deye inverter is showing the correct values, but the apps are reporting a factor of 10 too low. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, cycled power on everything, but no luck. Otherwise, everything is working as it should. My local dealer had never heard of the issue, but since apparently I'm not alone, I'll ask him to look into it again, unless someone on here has a suggestion...
 
My local dealer contacted Deye this morning, who then remotely updated the firmware in my inverter over the internet/wifi. They only need your wifi adapter serial number. It is now reporting power correctly to the Deye Cloud and Solarman applications.

I don't have any suggestions on your battery issue without knowing more about your setup - I have lithium batteries that work just fine with time-of-use and the BMS using the RS485 bus.

Make sure the 1st line of your time of use settings starts at 01:00AM and the last line starts before 00:00AM.
One of the other Deye brands, sunsynk probably, says that the line that crosses midnight should be last. Weird that it would be different with Deye.

I had the same problem on SUN-12K-SG02LP1-EU-AM3. I had mailed service@deye.com.cn with no response but a call to +86-574-8622-8816 did fix it the same day. They updated my logger from LSW3_32U_5406_1.06 to LSW3_32U_5406_1.07 which did the fix. Later they updated also my inverter version HMI:0000-C36F MAIN:0-A026-1726 to HMI:0000-C372 MAIN:0-A027-1726 which had no visible change. Inverter did turn off its AC output for some minutes during the update so I had to override the inverter by an external switch to direct utility power.

What dashboard is that? It doesn’t look like Deye Cloud. It’s definitely not Solarman.
 
I might have to try that. Solarman smart is really dated. Looks like a Windows 95 app. I only use it to export data though and it does that just fine.

I had the same problem. After they updated my logger it was fixed. But now I had a problem with my battery charge/discharge by TOU. I think there is a communication problem between the inverter and the BMS.
