DEYE inverter with 2 Lithium Battery connected in parallel

Hello Guys i need your help

i'm facing the a problem i can't fully charge my battery and i have 2 batteries connected to each other if i make the RS485 between the batteries the inverter starts beeping and its show SOC: 100% than SOC: 0% in RED.

if i connect 1 battery to the inverter VIA CAN connation everything runs normal BUT the battery charges only till 99%

i need your feedback on how you solved your problem.
attached the video on how the inverter is behaving when its connected with 2 batteries ,also the pic1 is the BMS when the 2 batteries are connected and pic 2 is the BMS with 1 connected battery.

Hi there, are these TAICO batteries, i am facing the same problem with 3 sets of batteries.
I think the problem is not related to the communication with the inverter.
