Deye orion bms comunicate issue

Hi, I would need some help, I have a deye hv inverter and a tesla model 3 battery with bms orion2, the problem is that the bms does not want to communicate with the inverter, if anyone knows how to solve it, I need help, thank you

Usually, this situation, you need to ask your battery suspplier to solve this.

Dont you tell your battery supplier that you will connect the Deye iniverter?

Or the battery supplier didnt ask you anything and just sold them?
