Deye/Sunsync inverter - battery full, still drawing from grid

I have a Sol-Ark which is essentially a Deye, but with some different screens. On a Sol-Ark there is a Time of Use Setup that brings up days of the week that you want TOU to function. The days also have to be selected.

Above is all I can see. With TOU selected at the top of course. Wasn't selected when I took this picture.

I'm still trying to understand what this means. Ok the Deye can't formally do SBU. So how the heck do you get it to ever drain your battery? No matter what I do, it won't use the battery, it pulls from the grid until I switch off the grid.

Anyway, trying this now. Switched from voltage to percentage monitoring of the battery. Lowest I could set to in TOU was 20% but I am way above 20%. Turned on grid. Didn't work. JK-BMS shows load to battery went from -9A to about 0, which means the system stopped drawing down the battery, as far as I know. As soon as I turned off the grid again, the JK-BMS again shows the -9A load.

Any other suggestions to try?
Here are my setting that works as you wanted.
Hope it helps.
I have also no comms so that's no problem.
% or voltage is also no difference

Do you have a generator?
Is yours an 8K model?

Matching your settings now.
Yes I have a generator.
I have 2 5K in parallels
Have the units in grid assist mode and switch over my panel to load when hurricanes or bad weather is forecast.
edit,
Having a all electric house my consumption can be more than the inverters can provide.

Duplicated your settings, still having the same problem.
Here are differences between my system and yours:
1. I duplicated your generator but I don't have a generator. Maybe I need to uncheck the "gen charge" and "gen sig" checkboxes and not use "Smartload output" option and also remove the "gen" checkboxes in the TOU.
2. I don't have the days of the week setting.
3. Battery capacity I listed 280ah, you have 1108ah
4. I don't have "off grid immediately off" checkbox on the generator menu.

Otherwise everything else is the same. This is ridiculously difficult. My goodness what in the heck is going on.

Actually I see it says "Work mode 4" on your screenprint, I don't have that in my menus, scrolling down doesn't get me beyond work mode 2

2 and 4 I didn't had before it came up after a firmware update
For 1 you can uncheck that but I think it make no difference
3 is the battery capacity that you have. mine is 1108 make no difference.

You have your panel on the load side of the inverter?
You check your tou settings are activated?

Guys maybe this is a clue.
When I turn on the breaker to grid, the main icon menu which shows a graphical picture of where the electricity is flowing changes.

The load on my house goes to zero, like the load disappeared even tho it didn't disappear. The demand on the battery goes to almost zero. And there is NEVER anything flowing from grid. That is what's especially wierd. Even tho grid is being pulled to cover load, there is no indication of it. I have never once seen grid showing any value, and no arrows showing electricity moving from grid.

I also don't have a CT connected. Is that relevant?

Ok I found the box with what must be the CT. Checking the manual as to what to do with it. This isn't the source of my problem is it?

Not sure but if its not to much trouble give it a shot because I'm out of ideas.

Ok trying the 2 CT. I see how they should be connected.
Can I connect the CT to the pins with the inverter on? Or should I shutdown before connecting the leads?
