Hi Everyone,

I'm currently using a Deye 8k hybrid inverter. In our area, we frequently experience low grid voltage (brownouts) which cause the inverters to shut down. I was hoping to adjust the inverter settings to help solve this issue.

Can anyone tell me what limits I can safely use for Grid High and Grid Low voltages?

The factory settings are as follows:

Grid Vol High - 265 volts
Grid Vol Low - 185 volts

Thank you!

Can you not wire and configure the Deye up so that it can function in EPS mode? Therefore when grid goes down it provides local power for your house only?

I am confused, it looks like you have the Freq set to 50Hz. Is your line voltage 230V at 50Hz?
If so why do you have the Max and Min Freq set for the 60Hz setting? High should be 53Hz and low at 48Hz
So assuming that the Black dot actually means "selected" then your using 230V at 60Hz and I assume a transformer for split phase? I assume you have batteries, If not you cannot create an EPS mode to keep it running.
