And so it shall remain, Einstein's unknown connection to the PV solar world.
At least the world changing significance of the photo-electric effect wasn't
lost on the Nobel committee. No, the prize is not for relativity or e=mc something.
The above four choices were his 1905 papers. Even Einstein probably couldn't
remember writing about the photo-electric effect when it won 16 years later.
