Having issues with my 5 KW eco worthy solar set up off grid. Set it up in May and it worked good until June then stopped charging, it would only charge around 10% a day. Moved the panels around and got it working a few days ago to charging the battery at 100 %. Anyway since then it’s been in discharging status, I’m at 11% now, eco worthy support haven’t given any ideas forward yet so I’m looking to see if anyone has any idea what I can do, I’m a complete novice :)

I'd start with increasing 37 to 54V, currently it's waiting until it hits 52V to recharge.
Then I'd reduce 57 to 2A.

Is it a 16s LiFePO4 battery?
08 likely needs changed too...

Thank you, yes it’s

ECO-WORTHY 5KW Off Grid Solar System Complete Kit 12PCS 195W Mono Solar Panel (2340W) +1 * 48V 5KW Off-Grid Inverter + 1 * 51.2V 100Ah Server Rack Whole House Storage LiFePO4 Lithium Battery

Then I'd put 08 to user 09 to 55.2V, 10 to 120 and 11 to 54.8V (you'll be able to change them once you change 08).

I have 4 units EW @5000w 48v in Parallel have been working fine, my grid usage has dropped 30% with three strings of solar and 500 amp 48v batteries , often charging at 60 % rarely to 100% even during good sunlight days to

Thank you, I tried that today but nothing different yet it’s still discharging but at 8%
What about changing setting #1 to battery first , better yet what about trying the same paramater as mine I basically uses almost the same default settings..
Just notice # 8 #32 and #33 options are not correct because you have a server rack .

Yes, in the day it gets a lot of sun. Last week it was at 100 % but then suddenly started discharging and not charging again. No it’s not on the grid, I did adjust to your suggested settings. It’s at 8% now so I’ve turned it off as it started continuously beeping. I’m wondering if the best time to try again is when the sun is up tomorrow. I do have the communication cable connected I’m not sure if that makes any difference.

You'll want it disconnected if you're using the settings I posted, especially setting 8.
I'd also change 6 to PV1st.
Tomorrow when the suns out check the display for PV production, screen 3 will show PV power.

As 420ohms PA mentioned earlier there’s no grid input connected to the inverter and the inverter will not function with low battery,
I strongly suggest that you connect 120v input grid power and set #1 as battery first #4 43v #5 53.6 #6 hybrid and since you have a server rack battery (although you have the cat5 connected but you have no connectivity) because #32 communication is not set and you needs to change to 485 and #33 BMS needs to be set to the corresponding battery manufacturer otherwise the battery is not going to charged, if you try these suggestions you will see some changes .
Good luck.

Well it was at 1% when I got up and woke me up beeping again. I patiently waited with the new settings for the sun and…… were charging!!!!!! I’ll keep you posted but so far it’s finally charging.

So, its charging in the day, very slowly but I guess it's the lack of sun at the moment. It goes into discharge status at night- is that normal? is there a way to stop that?

Keep in mind that your system is a 5000 w inverter with one single 48v(51.2v) 100Ah server rack battery , this setup is basically one hour capacity or less fully charging depending on your load consumption.
#1 your best scenario is to connect the grid power to the inverter with #6 hybrid setting , where the grid will supplemented charging whenever battery is lower than #4 setting value and also will charge the battery to # 5 setting parameter.
#2 looking at your solar panels layout I am not sure if you are getting enough sunlight exposure and with the battery so low , a couple hours sun is not going to charge the battery and running load at the same time.
Good luck

Good evening, can I get some help please am very new to solar. How should I connect 6 48v eco-worthy 100amp battery in a rock with busbar and 1 eg4 48v 100am battery to My eg4 6000xp inverter .
