Hi Guys, I need some help on my new solar system. Currently, I have 13.2 rooftop solar panel and connected to 2x SUN2000L-5KTL https://solar.huawei.com/en-AU/down...chment/pdf/au/datasheet/SUN2000-2-6KTL-L1.pdf each string 6.6KW. This inverter is battery ready and by the manual it only work with LG / Huawei Battery Bank. Is that mean I could not build my own battery bank with 100ah x 4 at 24V https://outbax.com.au/voltax-12v-10...y-lifepo4-deep-cycle-recycle-camping-rv-solar What happend if i use the Battery feeder from Huawei Inverter directly to these LiFePO4 battery bank? These battery have BMS build in so i should not worry about over charge.

Hi, I would recommend that you go with LG or Huawei. The SUN 2000L works with high voltage battery only. Communicate between inverter and battery will be very important. I don’t think you can make your own battery to communicate with Huawei inverter.

It only works with those LG and Huawei BMS's because they don't want DIYers saving tons of $$$$.

No, you cannot make a DIY battery work when LG and Huawei own the agreement with the Charger company.

What if i spilt the PV into 4 strings. From 13.2 total to each strings with 3.3kw. One of the string i feed into Victron battery charger 250/100 then back to Huawei inverter is that gonna work, as i am not using the battery ready option.

Hi guys. I have the same problem (Huawei Inverter and plain-to-make own battery). Did you solved that configuration? Is there any forum that explains how to do it, if possible?
Thanks
