I need help to get Permit in Florida Orange County system it about 9kw 30 panels optimizer roof mount Gird Tied
I done DIY plan and roof DWG submitted with all equipment specs sheet total 12 page.
Online request for permit cost $84 but they reply See below Thanks

1. SIGNED/SEALED STRUCTURAL PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. 2. SIGNED/SEALED ELECTRICAL PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. 3. PLANS AND DATA SPEC SHEETS SHALL BE PROPERLY SUBMITTED AND NAMED SEE, Electronic Submittal Standards from Fast Track Web Site. 4. Document file name not applicable. Please download Electronic Submittal Standards from Fast Track Web Site.

signed/sealed means you need your plans approved by a Professional Engineer (PE) in those fields.

Permitting is very easy. In Fl you have to get your plans stamped. Along with that you need to submit roof details… will the array fall thru the roof with the weight? Brevard county has free permits for solar
