Do LiPo batteries need to be in a ventilated space?

I am planning on buying some of these batteries: https://signaturesolar.com/eg4-lifepower4-lithium-battery-48v-100ah

I understand that they need to be in an insulated space to prevent them from charging in below-freezing conditions. But then I've also heard that batteries need to be in a ventilated area. Is that true of LiPo, or only FLA? For a cheap solution, I was thinking about getting a no-longer-working freezer from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist since they are well insulated. But if the area needs to be ventilated then I'm not sure how to think about having it both insulated and ventilated.

Only FLA.

Also note that those are NOT LiPo batteries. They are LiFePO4.

Different chemistry, charge profile etc.

I think if the size is right, go for it.
Indoors or out?
Old chest freezer might work better for the space.
