Hi All,
I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere. I'm planning my own home install with 2 sections of panels, 5 on the roof of my house and 8 on the flat roof of my extension. I'll be using a dual mppt inverter (https://www.fox-ess.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/F-Series-Datasheet-little.pdf) with JA Solar panels (JAM72S30 545)
My question is can I put 8 panels on 1 mppt (400v / ~11A) and 5 on the other mppt (250v / ~11A) or is there a requirement to balance these out equally across the 2 mppts?
Doesn't suggest that I have to in the inverter installation manual but wanted to check in case.
Thanks in advance for any help
Tony
