Double cables

I'm looking over the installation info for the Quattro 10kVA inverter and MPPT RS 200A charge controller. Both are recommending double cables per pole, rather than larger single cables. This seems OK I guess, and allows me to distribute current across my bus bars better. But I am stuck on how to handle fuses, breakers, and switches between the bus bars and the devices.

If I treat each wire on its own, things are good, but there is twice as much of it - two switches and two fuses on one inverter positive wire. That's making for a lot of hardware hanging off my positive bus bar, not to mention twice the cost for these parts.

What are some ideas on how to best manage this? I need fuses and would like switches on the inverter and charge controller DC cables. But I have to choose between good current distribution and reasonable installation effort.

Here's my DC diagram. I'm trying to figure out what to do about my positive wire connections from the Victron equipment and the fuses and switches I think I want there. Feel free to offer any other advice.

My proposed bus bar configuration (still a work in progress):

I have double cables running from my battery bus to the dual lugs on the 18Kpv. I didn't need any switches or fuses in this system. But thinking about it, if I needed to add any inline components I think I would have the dual cables merge at each component and then split again, with the component sized for the full load.
