Hi,all

Could someone help, i have Easun 5.5kw inverter, which can,t charge my 48v620ah battery to full. I have bulk voltage set to 58.4 v,maximal charging current 60ah.Everything is good till the voltage reach 56-57V. Then current slow from 60ah to 8-10ah, but I set 58.4V, so it must charge with full current 60ah to reach bulk voltage and then slower current. Is there any solution for this?

I don't know what kind of battery you're using, but I've never heard of charging a "48v" battery to that high of voltage. It sounds like normal behavior for a battery that is overcharged to me.

It's 48V 625AH floded traction lead acid battery from forklift.I used already it in 24v system with parallel connection 24V 1250 Ah for two years with bulk settings 29.2V. So now with 48v system I set 58.4V.

Hello i have the same inverter with the same problem did you find a solution

No, I buy new inverter revo2 and there is no problem.I think Isolar SML 5.5KW is only for lithium batteries which doesn't need so high charging voltage.
