eBay coupons March 3-16 : EcoWorthy 20%OFF STARTFRESH, DCHOUSE 20%OFF MCBT2 and/or MCBT20

Noticed the adjustable “4 panel racks” that were 87.99 shipped after coupon are now 95.99 shipped.
I still have a full tracker to do something with.. Less buying and more building. I used all those parts everywhere so it is a nice kit.

Which tracker did you get ?
dual access Eco-Worthy. digging the hole is stopping me. was looking to mount it to an antenna sled also. Has a big 2-3/8 pip on it. Have to bolt their square tube to round pipe. Makes it semi-permanent

That is a deal even paying that high Tennessee sales tax. Did you notice, BTW, that when you use a coupon code on Ebay to get a discount they figure the sales tax on the amount prior to applying the coupon code discount. Just doesn't seem right to me.
A lot of states exempt solar stuff from sales taxes. You can file a claim form with Amazon and eBay periodically to get your paid tax returned.

Florida is that way and I told a vendor in the past but they didn't budge. Sayed it was an eBay problem. Someone document how they did it please.

re the 12 volt batteries in series. what DC breaker do you guys use between battery pack and inverter? just realized have only had server racks that have the breaker built-in.

rest of system has 30 amp disconnects etc.

thanks

I agree the apps are going to come and go with the vendors.
Just never update the app.
Or find a way to save your .APK file before any updates just in case things get removed.

I noticed there is a couple different listings for that DC house 165 amp hour. One is a bit more in price. They both have Bluetooth and 120 amp BMS.
Am I missing something between the two of them?
eBay sellers for whatever reason are notorious for this.

Different listings for the same items, different listings with dropdown menus for all their various different types/capacities/voltages etc of the same batteries and even different listings with no variants whatsoever just different prices and then on top of that sometimes there's different listings where the price is lower than the other listing but that the coupon only applies to the higher priced item.

Which in that last case doesn't matter because after the coupon you get it cheaper than the other price, but it can be very confusing.

If I see something that I like on eBay I will browse through every single one of that company's other listings before I purchase it because you can often find it cheaper or in certain cases you can often find multipacks that significantly drop the price as well if the coupon applies to those too.

Yeah, if I was stuck using the app I would get one of my old rooted phones and probably install the app there, export the APK, probably just keep the thing in airplane mode + bluetooth so I always have it if needed.
