EBC-A20 will not Charge / defect or Layer 8 Problem?

Hello,

my new EBC-A20 have a Problem or i have one i dont know. I have built a 4p7s Pack for Testing my new JK BMS until i wait for the Lifepo Cells, now everything runs the BMS is Connected and when i try to Charge with the EBC (28,4V -- 2A -- 0,1 Cutoff Normal Mode) the Fan start for under 1 Second the Display goes off and then it seems the Tester did a Restart.

When Charging a Single Cell with 4,2 it Works. Is it defective or did i something wrong?

Just tried to check if the Problem is from the BMS, but when connecting the Pack directly to the EBC Same Issue

Sometimes you get it later ?

18V Maximum Charge ……. My bad i thougt it can load with 30V too
