Those first batteries at $719 were pretty sweet tooid say the battery plus 5k inverter that I got last is a phenomenal deal
I still kick myself when had a second one literally in the cart for that price (again) yet waited to get home. then back up.Those first batteries at $719 were pretty sweet too
Should be 799 on eBay$850 on Amazon now. I should have bought one during the $799 spring sale. Ordered one anyway
I have a SunGoldPower 10kw (non parallel and an SRNE clone). The documentation says it can start a 6hp motor. Mine has no problem starting an old 3 ton HVAC system (condenser/compressor and air handler units) while running much of the rest of the house. When the HVAC starts my UPS's do not chirp which they will do if I am running off of my 12kw generator.I would love to get 1 or two 10K but have plenty of time to wait to move like a chess game.
Would 2 parallel 10K be able to start a 2 HP well pump? I have soft starts on HVAC but haven't tried it on well or pool pumps yet.
2HP at least 3kW to run and 15K to start from what I read.
Well you don't have much of a choice You're going to have to run wires to them so if you're concerned about additional voltage drop run bigger gauge that'll counteract the extra length.Howdy…I’m new to the forum. Question for the group. I have an EG4 rack with 4 of their Life Power 100ah batteries. I would like two more batteries and am thinking about getting a pair of these EWs since they are so much cheaper than the EG4s.
My concern is the terminals are reverse of my current ones which have the positive terminals on the left. I’m guessing I’ll need to find or fab up longer wires so I can reach the bus bars. Is there any issue with the wires being longer on two of the batteries? Any suggestion regarding what gauge wire I should be using?
Thanks!
Decent - watch eBay for 799. Sometimes their direct store is 799 or very close. With free rackkSaw the Ecoworthy 48v Server rack battery for $829 on Amazon this morning. No coupons needed.View attachment 298225
