Eco-Worthy 48V 60A Battery Charger Wiring Question?

So my Eco-Worthy 48V 60A battery charger showed up & I am getting everything setup.

Does anyone know if I can use a L14-30P plug to 6-20P outlet adapter with this as long as I limit the maximum current? This would be using a circuit with two hot, one neutral & a ground to a circuit with two hot, no neutral & a ground.

I figured I would add a picture of my beautifully wired Eco-Worthy stack for shits & giggles.

Assume your 6-20 receptacle has a 20 amp 2 pole breaker for OCP?

20*240*.8*.9/53 = 63 amps DC. Seems good to me*.

*I don't know the specs of the charger.

Just to confirm... The new 110/120v plug in version 2 actually works and doesn't need one to create a deadman franken-cable anymore? (Version 1 shipped with a generic adapter that did not work at all and needed to be cut and rewired).
