Hello,

am not new to electrical work, i've done few electrical work in the past including adding the 9500W generator and that has been working for about 7 months now and i also test it once every two months minimum. im looking into purchasing Delta Ultra. below is a diagram of what im trying to accomplish if you have any suggestion/guidance i'd appreciate it, for now i will start with just 6 panels and one battery along with the smart home panel. i do have small questions hopefully someone can give some guidance

1. when the AC from my 100amp grid power the Smart Home panel, does the panel charge the battery as well or i can set it for example; during the day solar panel do the charging and in the night if i think the battery need some charge i can set the smart panel to do the charging of the battery.
2. can you confirm that the smart panel won't send power back to my main panel and caused issue?
3. are the wire size i have is the recommend one between my main panel to SHP2.

You need transfer switches so only one source of power connects to the panel at a time. Bad things can happen if two or more connect at the same time.

Transfer switch between the main panel and SHP2?

And generator and ecoflow. You have to keep those two away from the grid and each other.

Just found this setup and pretty much that's my end goal.
