Message #18 in this thead, seems they they here attempting to help. If they did something in the past, fine, they are not doing it right now.. And again, if you talked to me this way and I was helping I would stop helping you also(not that i know that happened just an observation) .. This is why companies like this don't like coming out answering questions, cause every time they try and help someone like you feels the need bash them for everything they have ever been accused of in all of history .. From my point of view if you want to complain stick to the area of the forums that is made for it. Otherwise let the OP get the help he needs.

In all due respect I was backing up Sig Solar and correcting the individual who mistakenly thought it was about Sig Solar.

Now, it is YOU that has brought up this issue many more times than was needed.

I can absolutely do that, but I’m kinda new to the site and everything I’m clicking isn’t letting me add videos only photos, let me get home and mess around with it. I need to set up the batteries in lead acid mode to see if maybe it’s a communication issue. Thanks all!

Hey Matt! Ya, I was kinda seeing that when trying to drop the videos. Not to big a deal, but I was able to get it up and running this morning, it appears it was just cross polarized after my PV disconnect. She is up and running like a song bird. I very much appreciate your time and assistance. I’m super excited to be able to expand my own system.

Wooo hooo .. Yeah most of the time it is that or the shutoff switch on the side... Glad its working and nothing is broken .. Have a great one!
