EG4 12KPV PV Export Only (as last priority)

Hi, I have a grid-connected EG4 12KPV with the 14.3 kWhr PowerPro battery. I nominally operate in the default Self-Consumption mode prioritizing PV to Loads then Battery with no Export to grid. Many days I fill the battery by mid-day and would like to add PV Export to grid as a last priority to get some energy credits with the utility. The Export PV Only mode seems to prioritize PV export to grid, which I do not want to do (I want this to be last priority). Any EG4 experts know how to achieve this in settings (I assume its the same settings for other EG4 inverters)? Seems like it would be a common desire for grid-connected inverters. I've read the manuals several times and I'm struggling a bit to understand how the system switches between operating modes (can the system automatically go between Self-Consumption and PV Export Only, etc?). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Well then, you have to go the automations route.
Monitor when the battery goes full, then toggle the PV export switch when that happens. Turn Off the PV export switch after day ends.
Rinse and repeat.

Normally in self use mode most Hybrid inverters do this out of the box, my Solax def does. Proritises your home load 1st, then battery and if any left over it goes back to Grid for export. If you set export to 0 or in my case 1 when it starts to export it will automatically reduce its yield so as to only supply whats required.
Im very surprised if yours wont do this.
Theres also a setting to force charge the batteries from Grid if needed too.
Perhaps the answer is contact their tech support in case its a setting your missing, or if you dont want the hassle of manually changing daily, perhaps time to replace the inverter with one that meets your requirements.

Also, if there is a Charge Last option available in the settings you might want to turn it ON.
It might not show up on the settings available on app or web portal but should appear using the local connect option.

Self consumption mode on the 18kpv does just that. Loads, then batttery then export. You naturally have to have a contract in place with the utility company and a smart meter. Then set the max export value to grid and that’s it.

Self-consumption mode uses solar, and powers loads first, then battery then any extra-PV it will export to grid as last priority. I believe this is what you wanted for your configuration.
