Won't charge from PV or AC. On May 20, the system went down after the batteries discharged to minimum. Since then, I cannot get the inverters to charge.

Was running fine since last October. Everything was fine until May 20 so I doubt it is a config issue. Been in the hospital so it took awhile to get to work on it. Signature Solar is moving it up the tech support chain but I have not heard back anything for a day.

Have you tried a shut down and restart ? I would also consider trying a quick charge on that screen, at least if that works the charging circuit itself is functional even if the Firm ware has developed a hick up.

Turn the BMS off and on again. Happens to me sometimes after discharging to the lower SOC limit and that usually does the trick.

What do you have your lower SOC set at? Mine would occasionally do this when set at 5% but it seems to be happier so far at 7%.

What kind of batteries do you have and can you see them on the monitoring platform. If so what does it say about them ?

Tried many times. Quick charge does nothing either.

I restarted the batteries several times. Is that what you mean?

I have 6 Lifepower batteries. one of them went to protection mode so I took it out of the loop and I am now using 5.

So it works OK now? Kinda disconcerting that one bad battery can take the entire battery bank down instead of just isolating that one, but I've seen worse.

I'd try and get some type of comms going with that one and see where the cell voltages are currently ... was that battery you removed the master in you bank?

I had a battery that did this. I shut off the BMS for that battery, turned the breaker off and back on again, let it charge with the BMS off with the rest of the batteries for a few minutes, turned the BMS back on and it's worked since. I am scared to get the bank too low again.

Tried that several times. No workie.

Are your battery discharge setting correct, or did they just get ignored by the 18Kpv? Just curious so this does not happen again.

I charged the batteries with the chargeverter yesterday. Weird, Now it shows batteries getting a small charge from the inverter but the inverter shows no input.
