Tried many times. Quick charge does nothing either.Have you tried a shut down and restart ? I would also consider trying a quick charge on that screen, at least if that works the charging circuit itself is functional even if the Firm ware has developed a hick up.
I restarted the batteries several times. Is that what you mean?Turn the BMS off and on again. Happens to me sometimes after discharging to the lower SOC limit and that usually does the trick.
What do you have your lower SOC set at? Mine would occasionally do this when set at 5% but it seems to be happier so far at 7%.
Tried that but didn't work. I charged the batteries with the chargeverter.I'd switch to Lead acid to start charging the batteries.... how big is your bank?
I have 6 Lifepower batteries. one of them went to protection mode so I took it out of the loop and I am now using 5.What kind of batteries do you have and can you see them on the monitoring platform. If so what does it say about them ?
So it works OK now? Kinda disconcerting that one bad battery can take the entire battery bank down instead of just isolating that one, but I've seen worse.I have 6 Lifepower batteries. one of them went to protection mode so I took it out of the loop and I am now using 5.
I'd try and get some type of comms going with that one and see where the cell voltages are currently ... was that battery you removed the master in you bank?I have 6 Lifepower batteries. one of them went to protection mode so I took it out of the loop and I am now using 5.
Can you please share your inverter's serial number with us so we can look into this issue?Won't charge from PV or AC. On May 20, the system went down after the batteries discharged to minimum. Since then, I cannot get the inverters to charge.

It is supposedly being looked at by tier 2 support. But I have not heard any updatesCan you please share your inverter's serial number with us so we can look into this issue?
Tried that several times. No workie.I had a battery that did this. I shut off the BMS for that battery, turned the breaker off and back on again, let it charge with the BMS off with the rest of the batteries for a few minutes, turned the BMS back on and it's worked since. I am scared to get the bank too low again.
