Can I parallel them all, then draw off the top of two batteries like this? Is there a better way to wire them up? Am I over thinking this?

I haven't done this, I don't have batteries, or my system up yet. But it is what I have seen being recommended as best practice. Though the eg 4s do have integrated 600amp bus bars. So Maybe not needed?
