so I have emailed a couple of pictures to solar signature person. They are asing me to isolate the battery and turn it on etc... I feel this process is taking so long while the problem seem to be obvious but I will do as they told me when I get back from my current busness trip

Sorry that in 124 messages over the last couple of weeks no-one suggested you start that process ASAP.

Just like IBM, HP, Eaton, Juniper, Cisco, . . . Your not working with something small that can be stuffed in a padded envelope and cross shipped. They want to make sure and check all the boxes before they blow serious coin. Now with the right contract, ... You can get 24x7x4 onsite support for your gear, that means duder will be standing there looking at your problem within 4 hours. May not fix it, but will be looking at it. The fact that the yearly cost of this service is twice what you paid for your batteries is irrelevant in some cases, I have paid for and used that level of service in the past. When the net loss to the company for downtime pales in comparison it's a no-brainer. Somehow I don't thing you would find that level of service a value proposition. As long as you are getting back and forth and moving forward with the process count your lucky stars.

I understand some steps may feel unnecessary, but they are required for documentation purposes in order to escalate the case to the manufacturer for warranty support. We'll get you taken care of!

If there is no current flowing in or out of the battery it will go into standby mode.
The bottom line is, if you can get one battery to work and then swap batteries and the second battery won't then obviously the battery is faulty.

There is a great Android and IPHONE app called Panda, it will take a great video and resize it's bytes by 70+85 % so you can send or you could upload to You tube and give them a Link to look at it. My self the Panda Video resizer app and there photo app is fantastic. I use it all the time 4 years.

Can you update your 1st post with bullets of what has transpired since then?
i just came across this and only skimmed through the 1st page... too bz to read all the posts for 100% comprehension. Off top of my head seems to be internal to battery, either bms or connections. Usually an easy fix, but would require taking cover off.
