Eg4 18kpv offgrid overload

I have an EG4 18k inverter with big battery 19k Kong currently running my glass shop. We are using risen 380w bi facial panels. Currently 24 connected with an additional 12 to be added. This is an offgrid system.

I am having an issue with my inverter when trying to run a WAZER pro water jet. It is 240v with 16.4a. Every time I try to use it my inverter goes down with the offgrid overload warning. I don’t have any issues when running my kilns or my dryer My dryer is 240 @ 30amps. I run 4 kilns 120v 18a at the same time without issues.
I am wondering if I may not have my setting correct on the inverter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You seem to have a lot of battery open alarms. So as a guess about causes you might have a BMS trip on either cell high voltage or your batteries are too low to handle the surge.

Not an electrician, but you may have an "in-rush current" problem. On the Wazer web site they say the pro model can pull up to 60amps of in-rush current. This could be your issue.
