Wondering if this would work:
1. Running a Tigo CCA located in the wiring chase between the 18kpv and the PowerPro Battery hung below the inverter on an exterior wall.

Powering the CCA from the +12 and -12 terminals in the inverter.

E stop switch with the NO side set to close the aux circuit on the CCA to shut down the panels and the NC side set to open the circuit where the inverter shipped with a jumper, remove the jumper, and RSD of the inverter and battery starts.

Everything works the way it should, I just concerned about dark start.

I'm thinking about connecting a 24v power supply to an oversized UPS and using this to power the CCA. This way, even if the PowerPro is fully discharged, and I lose grid before sunrise, the system will still start when the sun comes up... thoughts?

Yes, I believe this has been done. The CCA is power thirsty but most UPS should be able to start it up. Not sure about the runtime though on a classic lead acid UPS. Maybe a 24V pass through DC UPS with lithium batteries, or a USB PD EPR power bank and appropriate voltage trigger, would also work.

EDIT: actually EPR doesn’t include 24V

I believe fmeli1 has the prize for fanciest setup for dark start, don’t remember if they have CCA.

Thank you! Only running a single TAP, so the power draw shouldn't be TOO onerous. Couple that with using a 1300Va UPS (my extra one) and it should be good to go.

I think the spec sheet for CCA I looked at allowed less voltage/wattage for one TAP. If it indeed lets you power from 12V you have access to plenty of direct DC UPS, which would be pretty compact
