This is great, as well as I said, I have a friend who seems to need a WIFI module as well. SS has (generously) offered to replace the system, but...who wants to DO that??

Major Update... After a lot of back and forth, the Signature Solar reps on this forum figured out how to send me a new WiFi/Bluetooth module without an entire indoor unit.

I took the original out and replaced it with the one sent and in less than 5 minutes, the system connected and the app is working.

Problem solved.

I have the same issue and they're wanting me to send back my entire indoor and outdoor units. With whom did you talk in order to get just the WiFi module?

DM the EG4TechSolutions account on this forum. They are the ones that facilitated the solution. The main Office wanted wanted to swap out my indoor unit ( which was working perfectly other than the WiFi/Bluetooth). Good luck.
