Hello,
I set up an eg4 6000xp and I was using 2 24v 100ah chins batteries wired in series for 48v 100AH. I then bought a 48v 100AH chins battery and added it in parallel to je 2 24v batteries which as far as I know gives me 48v 200 AH. After adding the last battery my 6000xp inverter will work for about 30 min then click off for like 30seconds and then will work for 30 more min and just keep repeating this cycle. Everything works fine before I add the last 48v battery.

You need 4 batteries to make a 48v 200AH. You can't add two in series and in parallel with just one.
Why do I need 4? 2 24v batteries in series is 48v. Then I have a 3rd battery that is 48v. I put each 48v bank together in parallel and voltage stays same at 48v.

Are you getting any warning or error codes?
It could definitely be because of the batteries.

It will flash an error but goes away before I can check it. The inverter stops working then after a second starts back up.
Do you have an account for our monitoring software? If so, you can access the event history, where you’ll find all error codes that have occurred. However, we recommend using 48V 100Ah batteries together with this inverter. Using 2-24V 100Ah with a 48V 100Ah will cause voltage imbalance and other issues with battery health.

Thank you. No I don't have it set up because I think it said I had to call to get a number to set that up. I can do that though.

Does anyone know if the eg4 6000xp can be used with an EEL 48Volt Diy Battery?
