This product interests me as well.
As a Chinese product with no engine longevity or electrical performance data, I'll look forward real life off-grid reviews instead of feedback from the few demo units sent to social media creators representing the affiliated distribution company. If I'm going to feed two 6000XP's directly, it's important to me to see real life test data regarding voltage stability and THD across the load spectrum.
I concede that my off-grid needs are more substantial than infrequent use as a house standby unit. A dry contact Genmax is enticing for sure and priced just under $5k I am conflicted because a known 7kw diesel is only a couple grand more and will run in prime scenarios for very extended periods, daily, for thousands of hours. A prime diesel unit, with a AC generator head that is specified to be under 3% THD at 18kW can be purchased around $15k. A small Isuzu diesel is rated to burn only 1.2 gal./hr diesel at 75% load, and last upwards of 20,000 hours. A high quality, low THD 6 wire generator head will also last thousands of hours.
Yeah, I just talked myself out of going cheap on my full time off-grid needs again! If I find a used unit, I may pick one up as an emergency backup. I am not an affiliate, but may consider it in the future lol....
If anyone is interested; my selection criteria are based on automated start (not remote fob), safety and ease of fuel handling and storage, fuel efficiency for extended use, performance, and engine and generator head longevity.
