Just connected 10 panels - single string - to input #1 on my 6000xp. My volt meter shows like 384VDC - but the display shows 0. It is overcast AND 4PM in the day so I don't know if I'm just seeing no load voltage - and perhaps the system attempts to draw current and the voltage goes below cutoff. I'll know tomorrow - sunny day - but wondering if there is something I've overlooked. And I have verified polarity on the terminal input for #1. Thanks for any suggestions!

Wow..a post about not getting 140 volts, now 384V...manual says top of range 385V....(>140v-385V for MPPT Operating voltage). It says 320V for optimal range, perhaps give that a go?

Is your battery at 100%? Does the display screen show PV string voltage? Even if your not pulling it will show voltage… make sure the disconnect on the 6000xp is on also

In a few hours I will take a picture of mine with no incoming but the volts showing.

Did you turn on the PV switch on the side?
HA! That was it! I forgot the damn thing was there. The inverter switch on the other side also bit me when I first installed it. I'm seeing 71 W 205.3 V at this rainy and late hour! I hope/thought it was a config issue - but not one this stupid to miss. Thanks guys for your help!

We are glad you were able to get this issue resolved. If you have any questions or run into any issues, let us know!

Here are pictures showing low voltage of PV even if they are not enough to turn it on .. so no matter what the voltage you should see it on the inverter even if it is not enough to turn on…
