I have a strange issue with my EG4 6000XP inverter that connected to the Jakiper48v100pro battery. I have the battery charge up to full, but when I turn on my AC it always goes to the grid for power. The only way I can use the battery is to turn off the grid. Has anyone had this issue before? As far as I know the 6000XP can output 3k per leg, but I am only using 2k per leg during my AC on. I don't understand why it continue going to the grid and trigger alert "EPS Over load" messages. Is it the 6000XP issue or the Jakiper battery? I only have this EG4 6000xp a few weeks ago. It was working once time before, but never again. Hope someone here can help.

Do you only have 1 battery?
Having 2 batteries is the recommended minimum. Depends on how Big your AC unit is, but I don't think 1 battery is enough to power your AC unit.
What else is being powered when the AC come on?

Yes, I only have one Jakiper48v100ah battery right now. I only have it load my AC at this time for testing. I have a 5 ton AC unit with the softstart installed. As far as I can tell when I turn the grid off, the 6000xp is able to handle the run with about 2kw per leg no problem. When I turn the grid back on, right away I see alert message "EPS Over load" back and forth. Right now I can only use the battery when I turn off grid.
