Hello EG4 Experts,

I searched for a while and could not find good setup info needed to do three 6000xp in parallel.

Looking for the extra hardware i might need other than 6000xp and batteries. Plan is put 6 server rack batteries on each 6000xp.

I see each unit AC output is 25A so is a 30a breaker fine? If I have 75a going in and 75a going out is a 100a panel still fine?

Reason for 3 6000xp is redundancy. Im 100% off grid and if one 6000xp has a issue i still have 2 others still running.

You will run into an issue with battery addressing with more than sixteen rack mounts. This assumes you have the ones with the 4 position switches. Apparently there is a 6 position version which would work fine.
I'd use 40 amp output breakers and a combined 100 amp to your load center with appropriate wiring.

Some way to parallel the: 1) Load Output (each dumps into the main panel); and 2) Batteries (busbar).

Regarding limitation of 16 batteries in closed loop: ok to leave 2 batteries out of the communications loop.

I might run the 3rd rack seperate and smaller. I like to have one inverter to cut out early if the day is clowdy. When I had AGM was great. I have some AC units that just get all the house cold. They are on one circuit and bedroom and sealed family room that needs to stay cool. Cranking all the AC can drain batteries quick if its overcast.

Maybe with extra power I dont have to worry as much to isolate AC units on a cloudy day.

If I have two stacks of 6 on each 6000xp is a buss bar needed? If yes any recommendations that can handle up to three 6000xps?

According to the manual, and this is common for other brands of inverters, when running in parallel configuration, the battery packs must be all connected with a common bus bar.

If you want to connect more batteries than the systems support, i'd consider running open loop.

If you buy the EG4 racks they come with 600 amp buss bars.
Im going to roll the dice on Eco Worthy. 15 server rack batteries for $10k with free shipping is worth the risk. If EG4 had litter better price I would go that route.

SO I need a good bus bar. I was thinking about victron
