@EG4TechSolutionsTeam It does seem to oscillate slower tho doesnt it? It used to be every 4 seconds, now its like every minute. It did a second upgrade auto this time, but even after it is not fixed![]()

That's pretty bad over a month now and they haven't addressed that issue. I would be livid. Have you been in touch with them and have they looked at your graphs showing it?It did a second upgrade auto this time, but even after it is not fixed![]()
Yes, sounds all too similar.I ran into a similar problem after upgrading to the March firmware, with my inverter cycling once the battery becomes full. I probably should have read this thread first. In my case it's on a 12Kpv inverter. More details in this thread in case anyone wants to compare notes: https://diysolarforum.com/threads/e...n-battery-full-after-firmware-upgrade.103615/

MIght be safe to update in a year or two.Think I’ll just hang out on ccaa-190D66 for a while.
Heh I skimmed through your thread there quickly, kinda felt like a woman in labour for 9 hours. That's assuming they know how to read a graph!
See this post of mine and the rest of the thread for laughs.
See markus' responses, the so called head of whatever at EG4, laughs at some of my posts. Some long time posters questioned my intelligence in there and constantly discounting the data.
I was able to run another test overnight and same results ending up 18Kpv exporting to the grid!
It took 4 hours though. Unedited video is rendering and once completed will be posted to YT.
For this test, (teaser screenshot attached). I’ve implemented HA using a few github files and was able to mirror most of EG4 monitor’s features while enhancing refresh rates down to 30sec intervals. This version also downloads some of the 18k data at 30 sec intervals. No time to parse that data now and I’ll be gone on travels til end of month.

Same with me just after i bought the 6000xp and installed it in Oct.24 I did 1 f/w update to 190DOE and it has been very stable since till now. I won't be changing anytime soon.I am still at ccaa-190D0E and until the upgrade is stable, I will be hanging out with the older update. No issues or problems that I am aware of.
190DOE rules !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anything after that drools (until proven otherwise).Same with me just after i bought the 6000xp and installed it in Oct.24 I did 1 f/w update to 190DOE and it has been very stable since till now. I won't be changing anytime soon.
Fyi, it turns out that my 12Kpv relay cycling issue, where the inverter puts itself into standby mode repeatedly once the battery is full, is not due to the firmware upgrade from 1C1C to 2021. We still don't know what the root cause is, but Signature Solar sent me a replacement 12Kpv, which is running 1C1C, and it has the same relay cycling behavior. I'll post more info in the other thread when we hopefully figure out what is really causing the issue. It works fine in lead acid mode, so that's the fallback plan if we can't figure it out.I ran into a similar problem after upgrading to the March firmware, with my inverter cycling once the battery becomes full. ..I was just having coffee and heard a loud boom. It was one of my transformers recovering from a power cut from the 6000xp, I am getting really frustrated. I didn't upgrade yet because I didn't want the charge issues, but I don't seem to have many options left.
Also have you guys tried charging in lead acid mode to see if that fixes the charging issues?
Yikes? What transformer are you talking about?heard a loud boom. It was one of my transformers recovering from a power cut from the 6000xp
an auto transformer, it didn't blow up, just when the power came back (5 seconds after going out) it made a loud noiseYikes? What transformer are you talking about?
The LCD firmware V20 is not available at this moment.I didn’t see a LCD v20 link and instructions for standalone lcd + flexboss 21 combo. Anyone have it handy?
