Initially I used opensolar.com to size the system and do rough layout. That gave me my iron ridge BOM (ironridge has an integration tool, my estimated output and doublechecked my strings would all work (I doublechecked this using the EG4 string sizer as well). But then I engaged greenlancer.com for the drawings and engineering stamps by telling them exactly what I wanted drawn up. The drawings are only around $200 so it was well worth it to me. They also allow you to make as many changes/revisions as needed within 90 or 180 days I forget which. Engineering stamps were a bit more at 450 I believe but still cheaper than what I would have paid locally and if your AHJ doesn't require it you don't have to pay for it.
