Double check the wiring. A shorted AC line to ground, will also trip the battery breaker.

Did upping the battery count help?

It has not done it since I installed the second battery. BUT, I’ve also changed the wiring (finalizing lengths, etc) and installed a soft start on the AC. Could be any of those three or something else.

That soft start is a huge help.
