I have the same issues as will.

Also, does the app show battery levels on the graph? The web monitor does, but my app doesn't.

Side note...I switched to 2x Flexboss 18 units paralleled from a single 18kpv. The FB18's are running in separate batteries. Neither the app or web monitor show combined data for the whole system, only the individual data. With the single 18kpv I could make settings changes no problem via either monitor. Now with the 2x FB18 setup it the monitors usually "time out" when trying to change settings.😤.

I real wish when you clicked on disable for a function like grid sell back etc that all options that pertain to that would be hidden.
I run the units without grid connection , generator or smart loads. Just pv in, AC out. I was considering 2x 12000 XP's partially so that the options would be more straightforward for my situation.

I guess I just accepted its flaws and barely notice them. The app wont update if it was running in the background so you need to force-close it. Some times I get notifications that its using a lot of power. But again, I just force close it and I find it handy and functional for my needs. It's a 100 times better than the watchpower/SmartEss type apps.

What I would want is the ability to have an app that I could use on an always-on monitor. I would also like 1 or 5 second updates instead of the 5 min interval. But the luxpower inverters weren't designed to give such frequent updates.

Mine shows battery SOC on graph. Wish solar production included AC coupled solar though or as another bar like on the web console

I'm guessing that's on iOS. SOC does *not* show on the app using Android, and I just checked...I'm running the latest version.

This is why it's critically important that this "survey" be separated into each of the different platforms: iOS, Android, or Web.

As it is now, we have little notion of where a problem might lie.

Have the web based app, its OK, could be a lot better. But its down >50% of the time because the dongle wont stay connected and never tries to reconnect. Didnt vote because the poll is about the app and not the dongle issues.

This led me to block internet connection for the dongle and just access locally.

On the local access front why doesn't it display the same amount of info, like battery data, as when it's connected to the internet?
