eg4 remote settings site - not loading?

Is this all I'm allowed to change remotely, or is the site down? Tried with a few different browsers. The app works, but obviously has limited settings:

After I updated the firmware, all the adjustments disappeared on the web version.

Yeah, I'm running 1312 (or 1213? whatever) and it doesnt' show 1616 available, even though the release notes have it

If you use the web interface to update, it will find them automatically.

No, I get that, but there are release notes for v.1616 that came out in "October" that the app etc doesn't see.

This is not a normal occurrence. I had someone from Signature Solar send me this screenshot yesterday, I believe you were on the phone with him at the time.

Not sure what caused your settings to disappear like that, but I'm already working on getting it fixed. As soon as I have an answer on what happened, and how we can fix it, I will update the thread with that information.

The site seems to be working but my internet died around 4am

Thanks for the help! I just turned this thing on over the weekend and couldn't figure out where all these settings the manual talked about were.

Looks like some of the settings are just missing - (peak shaving settings?) - is that expected?
