EG4 Web Monitor - battery detailed info on all batteries , am I going mad?

Changed to 1. Everything seems the same. System just finished charging up. 5 showing 100% SOC. The one that charges to 98% charged to 98% again.
I didn't notice a change in mine for a few charge cycles. About a weeks worth.

I have the exact same issue and the following steps helped me to get the information
  • 18kPV + 2 EG4 Pro (outdoor)
I originally had the settings with Lithium Brand (0:EG4) and couldn't get any battery information to show up on the monitor tab. Once I updated to Lithium Brand (1) AND then also restart the inverter. The battery information shows up properly now.

I follow some instruction from YouTube video and they claimed that only the indoor units need to be changed to Lithium Brand (1), but that may be incorrect for getting the battery detail information.

I had to update the firmware in *everything* and restart the entire system, in order to get this battery info. (I've got a 6000XP.)

IIRC, I got this info in both Lithium battery brand "0" and "1" settings. I'm not willing to reset my system to verify it at this time, though.

I've left it in brand setting "1", upon the recommendation of the EG4 folks that post here. I've got All-Weather (outdoor) WallMounts (2).

I have outdoor batteries and needed to change brand to ‘1’ to get the individual battery data on the monitor… website.

Just to add to this thread, I have two EG4 18k PV units with 3 x EG4 Wall Mount Indoor batteries attached to each inverter. I have both a wired and wireless dongle, one on each 18k. After updating to the latest firmware on the 18k (FAAB-1E1E), changing the battery setting to the following:

Battery Type: 2 Lithium
Battery Brand: 1

All is showing correctly for the detailed battery info, I had the setting for Battery Brand set to 0:EG4 historically and did not get full battery details. This thread was helpful for me to get this sorted out, as the Battery Brand settings are not well covered in the documentation... nudge to EG4 as a area for improvement

Wow, just realized you can click some of the data at the top and get inverse data:

UI for sure is rough.

Heh yea thats something you discover by accidentally clicking on one. They sure could use a designer that implements better graphics for sure. The chart compare graph is nice though to overlay different stats.,
