EG6500 PV input voltage problems

I have been running two EG6500 inverters without problems, PV1 3S2P, PV2 4S. I just added two more panels to each inverters PV2 inputs. 385w, 49v, 9 amps panels in series. 6 panels got around 239v and dropped my wattage. I tried 5 panels and when my input voltage gets around 190v, it cuts the input wattage down to 200w or less. I put the other inverter back to just 4 in series and it's at 1100 watts and 139v. It will not tolerate the higher volts. PV1 has no problem with 6 panels and the lower voltage.

I know the LV6548 has a 250v limit. Has anyone else run the EG6500 with a higher voltage without problem? The claim is these can handle 500v input but that is not what I have found.

How are the connections for PV2 series string? New clean connections?
