I'd like to hear those!

1. Simplest and cheapest - fat tire trike, replace front wheel with electric hub

2. Fat tire Trike with mid drive bafang motor with PAS, then rear 2 wheel will push the trike.

3. Upgrade front fork to a dual fat tire hub for stability, that is if the trike is TIPSY,

instead of making something custom,
I found ladies trike with very LOW frame opening in front of the seat, grandma will be able to lift her foot over it.
