Electrocution or shock danger?

I am new in electricity but I need expert advice or feedback please. I am reading online that some of the Portable Solar Generators like Eco Flow Delta 1300 are not grounded. Is that dangerous to use? Are the other Portable Solar Generators like Jackery also not grounded? Is that dangerous?

Also I am reading online that handling a solar panel can also be dangerous so Jackery and other portable solar panels can be dangerous when you plug them into the Portable Generator and also when you plug your phone for example directly into the solar panel?

Electricity always has dangers. Low voltage is not as dangerous under most circumstances.
I have been zapped by 48v batteries, just a tingle, not nice and i know better.

That being said, touch safe connectors are generally safe to handle under most conditions. We do it with large arrays up to 1000V. You will get lit up or have an arc incident if you are careless.

The inverter you have is likely also incorporating ground fault protection. Just be sure you have proper ground in place on all wiring or cords as distribution and loads where possible. No cheater adaptors and stuff. Careful.

Are there any videos Will Prowse has, which deal with the issue of grounding, and whether its ne essary s d how to, ground the simple power solar, to controller, to battery, to inverter set up.

I don't believe so, I might be way off but I get the impression he has intentionally not directly addressed the topic. Its a super important topic but a very serious and sometimes fairly complicated topic.

I'd love to see him do a series on grounding and electrical safety, but I can understand if he has some ethical maybe even legal concerns about giving out safety advice, outside his comfort zone, or just considers it outside of the scope of the channel. I can imagine it would be difficult to find a way to simplify it without oversimplifying, and daunting to address a topic with potentially fatal consequences.

That said, if I'm wrong about this, you can add my name to the list of people that would like to see him do a series of videos on grounding, and circuit protection. It would be wonderful to have his ability to convey complicated topics in a fairly straightforward and easy to understand manner applied to grounding!

As to your question about whether a 'portable power stations' like the Jackery or Eco Flow, is 'grounded' its not a simple yes or no. By definition a portable power station, is not grounded in terms of having a permanent connection to earth-ground, like a building would. But a portable power station doesn't really need a connection to earth ground to be safe so long as electricity has a return path to the source (the battery). Your 3 prong outlets should be grounded, in the sense that the 3rd prong and the ground wire should be serving their normal purpose. (see supvstech's comment below)

its a bit more complicated than this, but I'll leave that to someone more knowledgeable than myself, i'm still learning and to be honest, the more i learn about grounding the less I feel like I know.

I’m curious... was this written on an iPad? My iPad REGULARLY goofs up typing and creates these typos... it is INFURIATING!

Anything electrical can be dangerous to use. The vast majority of portable power stations like the Jackery don’t even have a ground prong location, just an empty plastic hole the ground prong can fit in.
They are shielded from earth to isolate their high voltage, and shouldn’t be used to power ground shield devices. (Devices that ground to their cabinet to prevent shock by fault.

Complicated is right.

DC Electrical system ground is important to safety. But you need to understand the safety concerns of electrical systems, the purpose for grounding, to get it right. Heres an example of code requirements and expertise discussion:
You will very quickly understand that grounding is a very technical with specific terminology. Lots to learn here.
