I have two 24v 375w panels in parallel and two 24v 370w panels in parallel. 10ga pvc 10' to busbar where I parallel the 2 sets to the Epever 4210an. 6ga welding cable to 50amp breaker to 2ga to 2 12v Battle Born lifepo4 in series.
My 4210an only takes 6ga in the terminals.
It gets fairly warm/hot. I have a Epever 3210an. Can i parallel the two controllers since I program for the lifepo4?
Should I just setup each individually and run to the batteries? Then I wouldn't be over panelling and be splitting the amps.

"I have two 24v 375w panels in parallel and two 24v 370w panels in parallel." Are you saying all 4 panels are all in parallel?
What is the spec of the panel?
"6ga welding cable to 50amp breaker to 2ga to 2 12v Battle Born lifepo4 in series"
How much current is it flowing on the 6AWG cables from Epever to the 50A breaker?
Which cable is getting hot?

Sorry about the confusion with my post. Yes the 2x375 and the 2x370 were in parallel. My question is, I have an Epever 4210 and 3210an CC's. Can I run the 3 Trina panels on the 4210an and rhe 2 Canadian ones on the 3210. Two seperate strings and CC's but to the same 24v lifepo4?
Canadian Solar 375wx2 Voc 47.3
Isc 9.93
Trina solar 370wx2 Voc 48.3 Isc 9.83
Trina solar 365wx1 Voc 48.0
Isc 9.77
Oh and yes I understand why nearly 40amps through 6awg positive gets extremely warm.

Thanks.

Yes, you should be able to use both SCCs on same battery bank. If you paralleled via a busbar first, would need wire adequately sized to handle the output from both controllers running from busbar to battery bank. Yes you can also run directly to battery, just depends on how many connections you already have (I try not to put more than 3 connections on a terminal. One nice option might be using a bussman mrbf dual battery terminal fuse set up to attach wires on one side and just a busbar on the other, knock out your fusing at the same time.
