Does anyone know or have experience with setting up an Epever Cloud WIFI adapter?

I have Tracer 3210AN and is working fine.
The hardware revision is 411 and software revision is 156.

I adjusted everything according to the pictures and the device is neatly online but as if it doesn't send any data ??
I sent an e-mail in support from Epever, but I received an automatic reply that they have Chinese New Year, so they will call back later ...

It works for me to turn the lights on and off remotely via mobile app so the communication works.
Wifi signal is strong.

Have you set the "slave" settings to "1"?

I had the same problem with my up3000 inverter/charger , there need the "slave" settings to be 10. Solar charger need to be set at 1...

Where exactly are these settings?
I only have edit plant settings and slave is 1.
Edit RTU doesn't have that.

Hm.. seems like yours not the same settings that mine.. i have gsm/4g rtu. You have wifi? But should be the same thing.. could it bein wifi settings in the cloud ?

Yes, I have a WIFI module.
EPEVER-WiFi-2.4G-RJ45-A WiFi module adaptation with Could Function.
Maybe there is another problem and that's why we have different settings...
Inside the app offers me an update to version 2.1.6 (I have version 2.0.0. from Google store), but when it downloads asks me to confirm OK, I click on OK, and asks me again to confirm... and so it goes round and round...

I have the same problem with the update.. the whole app is wery new. So please report it to customer service. I have also reported some other stuff that dont work... you can also try to contact one of the "youtubers" from epever. He has helped me with some issues... he's on messenger, called epever patrick. Please report back if you get any info for update or anything for the cloud..

I foun when exported the Excel *.xls file the column Temperature shows like 875 instead of 8,75 degrees.
Does anyone have the same as me?

Sure this was an old video but you could update to new version.
You have to do it on the smartphone.
Also check how good signal you do have.
I have you same problem I could connect but I got no entry, the signal too week because I have mine in the garage.
It works by extend the cable so it was clouser to the house but as soon I put it back to the gerage it stops.
What I have done...
1 took an old router and put it in the garage and bridges as Acces Point to the home router.
2 add a guess SSID (I call it Solar) and the the main SSID exactly as my home.
3 then I pear the Wifi 2.4g Rj45 A to SSID Solar and it is connected since the really strong signal.

Now I can connect in any device preferred PC where a got exported the History Data. Xls is a little old Excel format but I edited and create my charts.

Sure you will find that menu even in the new version as I have.
Just look around on RTU settings.
You can add new RTU and it will con a new one with the same name asking you to pair your divice to you router SSID.
It works.
You have the same Powerproj_*************
Add Concentrator, once you done it works in any device ( in my case)

That was the first thing I noticed.
The signal strength was minimal to my home WIFI router.
After opening the module I realized that the module has neither an internal nor an external antenna!!
Look at the pictures.
So I added another Access Point to my garage. AP in the garage is connected via ethernet cable to my router.
Access Point is now 30 cm away from the WIFI module! And the module now has a maximum signal.
At my Access Point in the garage, I see there is network traffic between the WIFI module and garage AP.
So the signal is not the problem here.

BTW my board is revision 3.0.0 ?? And still has that issues ??
Maybe revision 10 will work properly... and maybe they add antenna ?
And software version 10...

Can you please write here all steps on how did you configure the module on your phone?
I'm missing something.

Yeeesss... this video helped!
BUT ONE VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE!
When I configured everything I didn't reset the WIFI module like at 8:20 in the video !!!
All I needed to reset the WIFI module and everything is working !
Such a little detail and nothing is working...

Of kors.
First and foremost - don't even try to set it up if you don't have a wireless access point VERY CLOSE to the WIFI module.
My estimate is that the range of the WIFI module is - maybe a few meters! The module has a very poor WIFI range.
99 percent of problems are because of that.
I'll let you know my impressions in a few days.
