EVE 280Ah LiFePO4 Prismatic Cells

Hello All,

I’m looking at building a building my own LiFePO4 battery pack in the UK for home storage.

My understanding is that most are using the JK BMS these days and EVE LF280K 280Ah prismatic cells.

Has anyone been able to find the best price for these in the UK? The best price I’ve been able to find is £69 per cell which seems a good price.

Many people (including myself) are using newer EVE cells. Specifically MB31 (314AH nominal) has very good price/capacity and are available from EU warehouses of a couple of Chinese sellers.

I can't help with sellers in the UK.

Just called them, the guy I spoke to - Gavin - says they have good stock on these cells. I am going to try them and see.

Good they accept credit card too just in case!

They are the cheap grade B ones with the little stud on top. I wanted to avoid these ones as I want a good quality one. I think for £15 more it’s worth going with the EVE.

I’ll update, been told they will arrive tomorrow

Cells arrived from Lynx Power today and they seem as good as they could be!





All neatly packaged and not a blemish on them. I have a battery capacity tester that I cab use to test capacity so will give it a go to see just how good they are….
