EVE C40 20ah cylindrical cells

What I have noticed when running a dual motor is the load is shared, so if your sustaining a constant draw of 12 amps with one motor then switch the other one on the two combined share the 12 amps, with some extra losses I guess but not much.

I can see that happening . As long as they both are not giving it all. As in you doing full throttle from a stop

The main thing I'm concerned about is.

You have designed a system to is limits

The design of the system is capable of overloading the system in normal operation.

It will overload and turn off power when you need it most. Like when your are trying to not get hit by a car, going uphill , fleeing danger ect.

I'm pretty sure I won't be over loading, I've got 3 batteries in use on the bike atm, 2 with a 30a max bms and 1 with a 50a, the bike works using the 30amps single battery but only just on one of them(attempting a huge incline) I think it's because its surge duration isn't long enough.

Oh ok, then you are doing great.

Looks like you can get interconnecting cell holders, very handy although I don't know if the spacing will be compatible with the supplied busbars, any thoughts?

I've ordered some hopefully they will work,if I've bought the correct size they will save time and make for a nice pack with good air flow around the cells which i think will be useful when fast charging because of the small mass of the cells.

It will help then not shift around as much as well.

Yes and they will be supported around each cell, my original idea was to sandwich them between two bits of plastic using their threaded terminals for fixing points but maybe shock would of broken the terminals.
