EVE double terminal bus bar

Building a DIY 8S battery with Eve MB31 cells. They have the two hole terminals and came with solid bus bars. I plan on putting in a portable rolling case so I can take it on the road if need be so the cells need to be in two rows and would like to use flexible bus bars. I found bars to go cell to cell without issue, but cannot seem to find anywhere to source a bar that connects the two rows, similar to what I’ve seen in some of the DIY kits for 48V. Anybody have a good supplier for those? Otherwise I figure I’ll just make a solid one out of copper bar, but would rather it be all flexible if possible.

I had the same issue and in the ended up buying a copper bar and drilling my own holes, it's solid not flexible but there is little to no expansion on the cell ends.

There they are on packs.

Yes! That one! Never bought anything for Ali Express so I guess there is a first time for everything. Thanks!!
Aliexpress is pretty good &low risk for this sort of small trinkets but you can probably find it also on amazon with some really weird name.

In any case verify that dimensions fit or are workable with your cell spacing.

Did we cover this before? I assume they are the quality ones?....can you take temperature readings from them? And from the class T fuses and tell me the sizes?

I have always been of the understanding that that style runs hot because the contact resistance is higher than a standard size breakers. If you happen to have a YR-1035 readings across those would be useful...

Sorry to pester, but the only breaker of that style is the first thing I bought and it was cheap ($5ish) ... I would never use it in a circuit.

No worries. They're cheap enough, but so far no issues.

Right now i'm pulling 20a through them all, around 5000w.

The warmest of the 4 is around 80f.

What is the max current that you pull? What is the fuse size of those class T... if you don't have a milliohm meter I can infer the resistance from the current, temp, and readings i have of various sizes of fuses.

150a fuses, I don't have a milliohm meter.

I haven't maxed the system or come anywhere close. I don't have my dryer or ac or kitchen moved over yet. Maybe 7000w. Only garage, ev charger, and the rest of the house. I do plan to upgrade them to better ones eventually.
