EVE vs SVolt cells

I'm shopping around for 100Ah LiFePo4 cells and a vendor offered me both these brands (EVE and SVolt) for the same price. I've seen a lot of people discuss and use EVE but not many SVolt. Please share your experiences and which one would you choose.

My understanding is EVE are top of the line.. Prismatic Grade A cells? Are they used or new? I get worried about some of these used car repurposed battery options for cheap.. they still have life but I just dont do well with used stuff. Much prefer new.

Yes both brands are new grade A cells but they were manufactured over a year ago and are unused till date.

Hmm.. I would imagine if they can last 10 to 20 years with recharges.. a year on a shelf wont hurt them much. Dont know for sure though. If the price is right and the longevity without use isnt an issue might be a good deal.

EVE's datasheet talks about cell compression at 300kgf for achieving the best life cycle but other cell manufacturers don't mention anything about it. Does that mean other cells can last long without any compression?
