Hi Everyone,
Thanks for giving me feedback.
I have a few solar systems in place already and wanted to get advice on my next. I currently have a solar powered lawn business with charging on the go via 1000 watt array, 2 LiFePower4 Batteries and EG4 inverter all mounted to my enclosed trailer. I also have a 300 watt system in my bicycle trailer, but I am going to attempt something really challenging.
1. Forgive my crude drawing. It is what I could do....
2. I will not live long enough to recoup the cost of a full home solar system, so I want to do an affordable 120 volt system if it is possible, legal, and smart.
3. I intend to run all of my 240 volt appliances from the grid and my 120 volt circuits from solar.
4. I have created a simple diagram to show my plans.
Any advice of viability would be appreciated. If it will work give me advice on Ground Neutral Bonding. Also, is there a way of pulling the permits etc. as a homeowner or will I need an electrician to assist with this project.
Thanks you thank you thank you for any input!
